- Cut-Off Time for Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on business days will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

4. International Shipping
- International Orders: Currently, CoreHato ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Shipping Locations: We ship to all 50 U.S. states and select territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
- Delivery Issues: CoreHato is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been confirmed as delivered. If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through the carrier’s website.
